	Half Bridge Intelligent Differential Command Electrical Driver SMRTDRIVER 16V/-6V – 20A

	Intelligent Differential Mode Driver: This driver, developed by Energysat is commanded by differential mode signals, which besides being simpler than conventional drivers are less susceptible for electrical or magnetic fields coupled noises that could be inserted in the command wiring. On the following scheme, the driver is commanded by differential mode signal. It works simply by using two wires in differential mode to command one switch.





	Main features: Dual for half bridge operation. Logical 5 and 12Volts Input levels (Selected by straps). Adjusted Collector to emitter threshold voltage, allowing it suitable for a wide variety of IGBT technologies. Regulated power supply – Input voltage can varies from 10.5 up to 30Vdc Isolated by optocouplers. Low propagation delay time (less than 400nS). Supply undervoltage protection. Vce Sat Sensor. Error latch memory Works with 18, 12 and 5Volts logic interfaces
